The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to prescribe the conditions and procedures for using all services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided on the website ({SITE_URL}) of the cocogn site (hereinafter referred to as "Company").
The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall be as follows:
- User: A person who receives services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions, they may request to withdraw (terminate) their membership. If they continue to use the Services without expressing their refusal even after 7 days from the effective date of the amended Terms and Conditions, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the amendments.
- These Terms and Conditions shall become effective by being posted on the service screen, the notice board, or by other means.
- The Company may modify the contents of these Terms and Conditions when deemed necessary. The amended Terms and Conditions will be posted on the service screen. If a User continues to use the Services without expressing their refusal even after 7 days from the announcement, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the amendments.
- If a User does not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions, they may stop using the Services and cancel their membership registration. If they continue to use the Services, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the amendments, and the amended Terms and Conditions shall become effective in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph.
Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.
The Use Contract is established upon the Company's acceptance of the User's application for use and the User's consent to the contents of the Terms and Conditions.
An application for use can be made by the User recording their personal identification information in the application form required by the Company on the member information screen of the Service.
- In principle, the Company shall accept the application for Service use when a Member applies by accurately stating all matters on the application form, unless there are special circumstances.
- The Company may decline to accept the application for use in any of the following cases:
- When the application is not made under one's real name
- When the application is made using another person's name
- When the contents of the application for use are falsely stated
- When the application is made for the purpose of disrupting public peace and order or public morals
- When other application requirements set by the Company are not met
Members must modify their information if any details stated at the time of application have changed, and the Member shall be held responsible for any problems arising from failing to modify such information.
The Company shall not disclose or distribute a Member's personal information, which it becomes aware of in connection with providing the Services, to a third party without the Member's consent.
However, this shall not apply where there is a request from a state agency pursuant to the provisions of laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, for criminal investigation purposes, or as requested under procedures prescribed by other relevant laws and regulations.
- Members shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Services:
- Fraudulently using another member's ID
- Reproducing, publishing, or providing information obtained from the Services to a third party
- Infringing on the Company's copyright, third-party copyrights, or other rights
- Disseminating content that violates public order and good morals
- Acts objectively judged to be linked to a crime
- Other acts that violate relevant laws and regulations
- Members cannot engage in commercial activities using the Services, and the Company shall not be held responsible for the results arising from such commercial activities.
- Members cannot transfer or donate their right to use the Services or any other status under the Use Contract to others, nor can they provide it as collateral.
- Members assume management responsibility for the maintenance of their own emails, bulletin boards, registered materials, etc., as necessary.
- Members may not arbitrarily delete or modify data provided by the Company.
- Members shall not register content on the Company's website that violates public order and good morals, or content that infringes on other rights, such as third-party copyrights. If such content is posted, the Member shall bear all responsibilities for any results arising therefrom.
For efficient service operations, the Company may limit a Member's memory space, message size, retention days, etc., and may delete the registered content without prior notice if it falls under any of the following cases:
- Content that slanders or defames another member or a third party through malicious distortion
- Content that violates public order and good morals
- Content deemed to be linked to a criminal act
- Content that infringes on the Company's copyright, third-party copyrights, or other rights
- When a Member posts obscene material or links to obscene websites on the Company's website and bulletin boards
- When judged to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations
The copyright of a post belongs to the poster themselves, and Members may not use materials posted on the Services for commercial purposes, such as processing or selling information obtained using the Services.
In principle, the Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there is a special operational or technical impediment. However, this does not apply in the event of regular maintenance or other exceptional reasons.
Members shall not use the Services to conduct activities such as hacking, linking to obscene websites, or illegally distributing commercial software. The Company shall not be held liable for any results or losses from commercial activities, or legal actions taken by relevant authorities due to a violation of this provision.
The provision of Services may be suspended in any of the following cases:
- In unavoidable circumstances due to construction work, such as maintenance of service facilities
- When a common telecommunications carrier prescribed in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunications services
- When system inspection is required
- In the event of other force majeure reasons
- When a Member wishes to terminate the Use Contract, the Member must apply for termination online, and the Company will take action after verifying the individual's identity.
- If a Member engages in any of the acts listed below, the Company must notify the User of its intention at least 30 days prior to the termination and provide them with an opportunity to present their opinions.
- Stealing another person's User ID and Password
- Intentionally disrupting service operations
- Falsely applying for subscription
- Dual registration by the same user with different IDs
- Disseminating content detrimental to public order and good morals
- Engaging in acts that defame or cause disadvantage to others
- Transmitting large amounts of information or advertising information for the purpose of disrupting the stable operation of the Services
- Disseminating computer virus programs, etc., that cause malfunction of information and communications facilities or destruction of information
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company, other members, or third parties
- Fraudulently using another person's personal information, User ID, and Password
- When a Member posts obscene material or links to obscene websites on their own website or bulletin boards
- When judged to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations
Members cannot transfer or donate their right to use the Services or any other status under the Use Contract to others, nor can they provide it as collateral.
Regarding the services provided free of charge, the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Member, except for damages caused by the Company's intentional acts or gross negligence.
- The Company shall be exempt from responsibility for providing services if it is unable to do so due to natural disasters, war, or other equivalent force majeure events.
- The Company shall be exempt from liability for damages caused by unavoidable reasons such as maintenance, replacement, regular inspection, and construction of service facilities.
- The Company shall not be held responsible for disruptions in service use caused by reasons attributable to the Member.
- The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages resulting from profits expected by the Member through the use of the Services or materials obtained through the Services.
- The Company shall not be held responsible for the reliability, accuracy, or content of information, materials, and facts posted by Members on the Services.
If a lawsuit is filed regarding a dispute arising from the use of the Services, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company shall be the exclusive jurisdiction court.
(Enforcement Date) These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on January 1, 2019.
